Defective or Damaged Items
While we stand behind the quality of every Energetic Armament product, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged we will make it right. Contact us at info@energeticarms.com within 30 days of receipt to receive an RMA number. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For higher value items we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Energetic Armament cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
