Additively manufactured from Inconel, the Big Sixy is engineered to withstand the thermal and mechanical demands of sustained fire. The same material trusted in aerospace and defense applications brings that pedigree to a 6mm suppressor built for the most demanding use cases.

Six flat faces expand external surface area, improving convective heat transfer and accelerating cooling between strings of fire — the same geometry that provides positive grip purchase during installation and removal.

At 1.65″ flat-to-flat, it indexes cleanly on any HUB-compatible mount — the Project E tapered adapter is a recommended mounting solution.

SERIAL ID RING

Energetic Armament suppressors utilize our integrated patented Serial ID Ring — the registered NFA component that contains the suppressor’s serial number and markings associated with your tax stamp.

Additively manufactured suppressors present a unique challenge: the serial number is integral to the can. Physical damage that compromises the serial has traditionally meant full replacement — a new serial number, new Form 4, and another wait.

The Serial ID Ring changes that. If the silencer core requires service or replacement, the ID Ring transfers to the new core — your tax stamp data remains intact. No new paperwork. No weeks-to-months wait.

Integrated Flash Mitigation

FLASH HIDER

The Big Sixy’s muzzle end isn’t flat. Flat surfaces reflect — both light and sound. So we eliminated them. The recessed front face features anechoic geometry: textured, angular surfaces engineered to absorb and diffuse rather than reflect. Flash is scattered. Sound is broken up before it can bounce back toward the shooter.

The mitigation is the geometry. The front face is purpose-built — integrated flash hider prongs plus recessed, textured, anechoic surfaces that scatter flash and break up acoustic energy at the exit point. No added length. No additional parts. Just engineered performance built in from day one.

Combined with an internally optimized gas management design, the Big Sixy controls pressure and flow aggressively — reducing felt recoil and shooter fatigue across extended firing schedules.
