The Sonus 9K is the compact variant of Energetic Armament’s full-auto rated Sonus platform — purpose-built for subguns, pistols, and short-barreled rifles where size and weight are mission-critical. At 5.05 inches and 8.1 ounces, it trims the profile without sacrificing the performance or durability the Sonus line is known for.
Machined from 17-4 H900 stainless steel and finished in Black Nitride, the 9K is rated for 9mm full-auto fire and handles 300 BLK subsonic and supersonic, 8.6 BLK subsonic, .38/.357 Magnum, and 350 Legend* — no barrel length restrictions for use under 1,000°F. The wiped end cap adds an additional layer of first-round pop reduction, keeping the 9K as quiet as its compact frame allows.
Mounting is handled through Energetic Armament’s 1.375×24 HUB system, with 1/2×28 direct thread compatibility as well. The HUB interface supports Bravo QD mounts, 3-lug adapters, and booster configurations, giving you a full range of host options from full-size pistols to dedicated PCC platforms.
Like every Energetic Armament suppressor, the Sonus 9K is US-made, DFAR certified, and backed by a lifetime guarantee. It features the patented Serial ID Ring — if your core ever needs service, it can be replaced without new NFA paperwork.
